Next Gen Leaders Have Too Many Challenges

They must assess their strengths, prove their capacity, drive succession and continuity decisions, support their elders, model their cherished family values, celebrate innovation, profitability and legacy, all without conflict.

Many Next Gen Leaders feel lonely and exhausted. Does this sound familiar?

The good news is most elder generation leaders want to invest in their key Family and Non-Family leaders.

In response to requests from our valued clients, we are thrilled to announce our Next Gen Peer Groups – an exclusive and transformative professional development experience designed specifically for emerging leaders within family-owned businesses.

These peer groups provide a unique and confidential platform where you can connect, collaborate, and share insights with like-minded peers.

Why Invest in Your Leaders?

The "Global Family Office Survey Insights 2023" from Citi® Private Bank states "Unfortunately, only one in five families have an educational program to prepare the next generation, despite 60% reporting that readying the next generation for responsible ownership was a key concern."

Peer Groups provide a concrete solution to bridge this gap. Led by expert Leadership Consultants and guest experts, leaders will be guided through real-life case studies, individual assessments, and topics including succession, continuity, communication, wealth distribution, ownership and more. The topics selected will be chosen based on a broad study from Kellogg School of Management and input from peer group members.

Family Business CEO

“All members of my executive leadership team need to learn from this peer group program over the next 2-3 years. I’ll invest almost anything in the success of my children and our senior leaders.”

2nd Generation Leader

“Our key people, the talent who represent the future of our business, have been asking for these peer groups for many years. This is the professional development we have been missing. Now is the time!”

Next Gen Peer Groups are an investment in the future of your family's legacy.
